$5 Curtains
You could also check a local thrift store for curtains - use as is, or remake them into something you like.
Hi Debra. I'm Cindy. Twin size sheets make great curtains. And a lot less expensive. A lot of fabric stores have deals on fabric. You might find something you like there.

Cheap No Sew Farmhouse Curtains
If you have an IKEA near you, they have cheap curtains. Drop cloths can also be used. You can even bleach the drop cloths to make them a little whiter. Flat sheets work too.
You can purchase flat bed sheets, open the hem on the ends to run a rod through, and you are done.
Check JCPenney for cheap curtains, I bought some for $7/panel which is cheaper than I could sew or convert other materials.
