I am not sure without seeing a picture of the bath handle. I will tell you that you can buy a long handle with a loofah on it brand new for just $8.99 at Bed Bath and Beyond and use a 20% off coupon to take it down to $7.00...That might be easier than trying to buy one and attach it to the existing handle.

Use kite string and a new loofa/scrubbier to tie it back into the handle.
You can use some fishing line to attach it to the handle.
How about get two loofas put them together on eather side then tie in the middle of your handle
