You can build it on legs or skids and not attach to the floor for removability.

Hi ! Go to a place that sells discount cabinets or buy an inexpensive discontinued one . Put casters on the bottom . Paint it any color , you can put peg blard or headboard on the back of the cabinet . Then for the top use butcher block wood or stone .
