The only thing I've ever found that works in Borax (20 Mule Team) detergent booster
RustOleum makes a kit that does well if you follow directions exactly.
You need an enzymatic cleaner. Check with your local pet shop.
You can try Out Advanced Severe Stain and Odor remover. It is an enzyme cleaner for pet stains and can be found at places like WalMart, Menards, etc. It works very well for dog stains and odors so I am assuming it will work well for cat stains and odors. It is "ADVANCED for SEVERE stains and odors-triple strength" You can also find it on Amazon and Chewy. It is about 6.00 for a 32 oz spray bottle. You can also use it in a steam cleaner along with your carpet cleaner detergent and warm water. It is the BEST stuff I have ever used for dog stains and odors.
Hi Nommie. Make a solution of a quarter-cup of hydrogen peroxide, a half-cup baking soda, and 1 teaspoon of dish soap. Mix well and put it on the stain. Let it set for 15 minutes. Then wipe up with a clean cloth.Repeat if necessary.

Easy Way To Remove Pet Stains
Hi! We use a product called Nature's Miracle and occasionally Capture! They both work well to neutralize the enzymes in the urine and remove stains. Good luck!
Oh that's a tough one. I'd start with vinegar and hot water dabbed on the area with a rag. If you have access to a steam cleaner you could put the solution in the machine to do a good hot vinegar water rinse several times over the area. That should neutralize the odor. Follow up with a diluted soap in the steam cleaner to remove any stains.
When I am doing client's kitty accidents, I put pet enzyme tablets in my carpet cleaner's reservoir along with warm water and some Zep professional carpet cleaner. I get the tablets on Amazon, Fisson or Jackson galaxy Pet Stain & Odor cleaner. The tablets are much more effective cause you mix it fresh for each job, and your not paying for water thats sat on a store shelf for a year. I've never had to go back twice using this method.
