Hello Amanda! Is the spray paint just spatter on a surface or did you want to remove ALL the spray paint from a piece of furniture?
You probable have to sand it off very carefully with fine grit sandpaper.

If you're trying to remove spatter, rather than spray paint from the whole piece of furniture, you could try this tutorial:
https://www.hunker.com/13416959/how-to-remove-spray-paint-from-wood-furniture-without-damaging-the-finish
It recommends that you, "Apply four to five drops of olive oil to a dry, clean rag and wipe down the spray paint, lubricating the finished wood to prevent scratches. Cover the spray paint with a cloth rag. Scrape the paint from the finished wood using a plastic putty knife. Keep the rag between the scraper and the paint as a protective buffer to avoid damaging the surface."
Hope this helps!

I use krud cutter it works great
I would try Goo Gone with a light touch
If they are the little droplets, try a round kitchen plastic scrubby.
Vinegar also takes off paint.
