You can wash off smooth leaves with a damp cloth or cotton balls using just water or some soapy dishwater. You can also use a very tiny amount of olive oil but I prefer the damp dish soapy water. They will be clean and shiny!

I used to work at a florist and we always used mayonnaise! Just put a little bit on a cloth and rub it in......the greenery will shine!
Just buff with a little water on a soft tshirt. If you use oily products you will attract dust.
This is one of my favorite sources for plant care. I love the advice that plants should look like plants not plastic! https://www.thesill.com/blogs/care-miscellaneous/just-say-no-plant-shine
I would just use a paper towel dampened with water !!! I know some people use a little oil , my sister used to wipe them with milk ... But plants need the sun light to be absorbed through their leaves !!! So I really think you shouldn't coat the leaves with anything !!! I would lightly dust the plants leaves when you dust the room and then wipe the plants down with a water dampened cloth once every month or 2 .
Our plants care people at the office wipe with a dampened microfiber cloth and nothing else. They are nice and shiny.
Any dampened cloth should do. Gently wipe each leaf supporting the leaf with your hand underneath it.
If they are artificial plants you can spray them with a cleaner for silk plants. https://amzn.to/39RKfUX
Thanks 😊 for everybody .
