Fill a spray bottle with a 50/50 solution of Dawn dish soap and vinegar. Spray it on the tub and tile and let it work. If they are tough stains, you may have to scrub with a plastic scrubbie and repeat.

If it's super dirty and the above doesn't help - you can use toilet bowl cleaner to clean it too.
1. Surface clean with plastic scraper (NOT metal) or old plastic credit card to remove hard gunk. RINSE.
2. Wipe down with Heavy Duty Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. RINSE.
3. Wipe down again with Windex. RINSE.

What kind of tub is it? Cast iron, steel or fiberglass? The type of tub would dictate the recommended cleanser. Because fiberglass can be easily scratched, baking soda seems to be the less offensive of all the mild detergents listed in the resource below.

50/50 white cleaning vinegar and blue Dawn. Put in a spray bottle and saturate the area. Make sure it is ventilated. Use a power scrubber (I have the hurricane spin scrubber) to help with the scrubbing.
I use dawn and a magic eraser. If that doesn't work then I use a cleaner for soap scum.
