You can try soaking the bottles in hot soapy dishwater. You can pull the labels off and then use a rough kitchen scrubby to remove any excess glue. Goo Gone can also remove any glue but pull the wet labels off first.
Soak in warm soapy water, scrape with a plastic scraper. Vegetable oil to remove any goo residue then hit with warm soapy water again.

Soak in hot water to soften the glue and peel off. Goo Gone or nail polish remover to any glue residue.
