The Natural Drain Cleaner for Your Clogged Drain
Make sure you cover the overflow hole with wet paper towels. Also after pouring the baking soda and vinegar cover the drain immediately with a cloth. The foaming will force the clog thru/
You could use a drain snake to unplug your drain. No chemicals involved. A drain snake is a long flexible auger with tiny teeth down its length. You insert it into the drain and pull it back while the teeth grab onto the plug. You can purchase one for $16 .12 on Amazon.
First try boiling hot water. Then if still clogged remove stopper put in about a cup of baking soda add a cup of vinegar and half cup of peroxide. Will fizzle and pop. Let it sit overnight then rinse.
I use a tool called a hair grabber. They even have them at the dollar store. Hair catches in the drain and then soap gunk, toothpaste etc. clumps on it. Work all that stuff loose, and the water will start draining. Clean it all out and if it still isn't draining, use a chemical drain cleaner.

How to Unclog a Sink or Tub
Hi Marianne - This is what we do and it works really well. Pour 1 TBSP of baking soda and then 1/2 cup vinegar slowly down the drain. Let it fizzle and pour a little more. Then follow up with boiling water. You will probably need to repeat 2-5 times. For the most stubborn drains, I use BioKleen which is less toxic than traditional drain cleaners. Hope this helps! Hugs, Holly
