Its getting brown spots and dead leaves
Hope this helps
Hi. This might help... https://www.melindamyers.com/articles/prevent-scorch-and-brown-leaves-on-hostas
Trim it and put it ne’er the sun it needs about 1/2 sun and 1/2 shade
I don't think hostas are meant to be grown indoors, They will die back every winter and comeback in the spring from tubers.
thanks...this was an indoor plant arrangement with a pointsetta and another plant in same pot.
Just to add on to what Adrienne said, some plants have dormant spells, and it's not always a bad thing when they get brown leaves. It really depends on the plant.
I would trim the brown leaf away to promote new growth
I keep my hostas outside and cut them down when they die and turn brown, they rebloom every spring bigger and better.
The tubers on Hostas are so very resilient, they grow so well outside it is beyond belief, literally a plant yo cannot get rid of. In th espring when they start expanding, you'll be amazed at the amount of new plants y ou have. In the mean tome, ignore the top or cut it off.
