How do I upcycle large glass bowls?
I have lots of large glass bowls. What can I put in them to upcycle?
I have seen people put them together and use them as tablecloths, make quilts out of them and also make sweet window treatments, like ring clip curtains with them.
I think that framing them is a great idea. This protect them from dirty hands and wear and tear too.
Cathy...I use them on tables as I use doilies. They really look nice under lamps, pictures, candles, etc. Good luck
Hello. Frame them with photographs could be an option. Pillows could be another if the fabric has enough thickness.
Cathy: I would frame them and use on dining room wall.
Sew them together into decorative pillows
Tape or attach them to a piece of thin cardboard. Put them in a thrifted frame, that's been painted or whatever. Pin buttons, vintage brooches or earrings in a group. Or pin an old (or old looking) Locket or trinket like a big pendant or a cross or something that you love. Hobby Lobby has Bunches! But, Goodwill and other thrift shops and garage sales are good places to find old frames, doilies and napkins (wash first), jewelry and other trinkets. They say to collect and display things You Love and your home will tell you and your families story. 😁
This really caught my eye:

Hi Cathy - I have several as well and use them as "doilies" for my cups and china. Hope this helps! Hugs, Holly
I've seen a shower curtain made out of them. They were sewn together, same size as your shower liner, then attached with clip on cafe rings. It was pretty
Love all of your wonderful ideas, thanks so much, so much creativity!
