You can pour ready mix into molds to make candle holders.
There are loads of ways but generally speaking you need to build a form, spray it well with mould release, and pour the concrete in while adding another form to make the candle inset.
You can make a mold from cardboard or various recyclables such as yogurt cups, cottage cheese containers, etc. and poour your concrete mix n to the level youu wan tthe base to be. Let set up and then add the candle wax to the same container in the usual way. Then remove the outer mold from the concrete and candle. Voila! you have a concrete based candle.
