Hi Lori, this should help guide you, hope you like it, I just read that you are looking for the roman numerals, you can print out some from the internet and cut them out to use a stencils.

Try stencils on Amazon. If you know someone with a Cricut cutter they can make letters for you either stencils or cut them out to stick them on.

Use a Stencil to draw templates and then cut out the shapes from Tin or Copper etc. or Use the stencil to paint on Numbers, or use Sticky backed plastic. Hope that helps!
