How to old latex paint out of a metal paint can
Try paint thinner.
I would use a paint stripper.
I usually just peel the dried latex off. Pick at it with a flat screwdriver to lift a portion and peel away. If the paint is too thin, hot water and dish detergent, let it soak for a while and it will scrub right out.
You might have to go to a paint stripper if other methods don't work.
Hi Anita: If you add hot water and about a 1/2 cup of fabric softener, that should work. Of course, I'd try peeling it off first. Good luck
I can usually cut and peel most of off. If there is any left, got water and some dish soap will loosen the rest. Stay safe!
