You can stain the blocks or stamp with a design. Then build the tables out of the blocks. You can also paint them a bright color.
You could put 4 legs on a table made from a pallet. Also, check out pin trist.
I bought a plastic table at the salvation army. After cleaning it up and a light sanding I spray painted it to match some old metal chairs. Nice thing is you can pick any color and spray paint and a new coat of paint will make it look completely different.
You could upcycle an existing table someone threw out.

I took ceder deck boards and deck balustrades and cut to make a table. I painted to match house and a 13"x13" tile set in the top. I put plastic spacers (old cutting board) on the bottom of each leg so the wood doesn't touch the concrete. Construction methods depend on your skills.
