There's a variety of waits but most popular seems to be concrete blocks and pressure treated lumber ran through the "holes" in the blocks.
Converting a bed frame is also popular, just make sure it is properly sealed for outdoor usage.
Some people use wooden stumps around campfires. Otherwise more detail DIY building plans and costly building materials might be needed.
I don't like block and lumber. Too easily tipped. Look at some of these.

for each bench you will need 2 x Clinker blocks and 2 x timber to push through holes in blocks. Hope that helps.
