You could use the pool walls as a roof covering on a deck space.
First, get a hold of your local recycle depot and confirm they will accept the type of material your pool liner and shell are. Perhaps get a hold of the pool manufacturer and ask them about procedure they recommend.
You will have to cut it up to smaller pieces. Liner should cut with a knife, Shell may be more difficult, perhaps a skill saw or zip cut. Good Luck
Call your local garbage company and ask them about recycling the material. They should be able to point you in the right direction.
City should have dump for residents
You could also offer it for free. A family dismantled and removed ours when we were done with it. I've known people who made skirting out of an old pool for a mobile home, too. Better to recycle whenever possible! Good luck and stay safe!
Our neighbor had an above ground pool that was failing, we asked if we could have her aluminum frame, of course we had to disassemble it-just nuts and bolts. Plans are to use this as a bird netting frame over our elderberry bushes. Maybe advertise in a local paper or a neighborhood issue.
The pool liner-this maybe a special purpose product, contact your local disposal area on how to recycle this.
Hello there,
Sell it on somewhere like ebay etc. or If possible make a wildlife pond, sandpit, Bog garden..........
You could use it as a weed guard underlayment in your garden area.
You could always offer it for sale or for free on Craigslist.
Hi Terryce, you could use the liner, like a tarp, to put down as a weed barrier, or cover fire wood or other items with it. The framing could be used to make other items as well, hope this link helps you out

I would start a victory garden in it
i would love to learn about tha too
Do you want to recycle the pool liner, or up cycle, as in re purpose it?
I would not recommend using a pool liner as a weed guard/underlay. As the plastic is impermeable, water will not be able to drain down through the plastic into the roots. Water collecting on the surface may also cause unwanted erosion, or flooding somewhere else in the yard.
