Hello DMc, I hope this link helps you out, looks like they are extending some warranty

Hello I would suggest contact Pella customer service first.
Is you paint wear problem indoors or outdoors?
If pella was not helpful I might consider applying Rustoleum appliance epoxy touch up paint. It is a nail polish type applicator dispenser. It’s only a few dollars —I got mine white bottle at Walmart. It’s effectively covered problem areas my second home refrigerator and kitchen cabinets.
RustOleum paint could be used touch up. Make sure to remove all peeling paint and clean first.
Yes, contact Pella and see if you have a warranty against the paint coming off.
Hi DMc, sand the area lightly to get off all loose or flaking paint...try to make the edges closest to exposed metal as smooth as possible. Tape off any areas you do not want paint or overspray...take a trip to the hardware store, Lowes, Home Depot, Ace dosent really matter. They carry spray paint for appliances. Get whatever color matches your door... It adhears better to metal than regular spray paint and will last a very long time. Hope this helps! Have a great day!!
Contact paella I think those should be lifetime garantee
First I would contact Pella, if it is not under warranty, then clean well, lightly sand with 220 girt sandpaper and use Rustoleum white spray paint.
still waiting to hear from Pella
