I would contact Pella for their advice. They may have replacement parts available.
Yes, contact a Pella dealer and show them the picture of the broken part. Take with you any information you have about the blinds-such as style, any numbers on the unit.
contact pella online or call them (877) 786-8832 and ask them about parts

Call Pella for the warranty
I agree. Call Pella. Parts are made for the manufacturer.
This is a very common problem. The warranty should cover it, if not you could order the part to replace it.
Contact the manufacturer. Pella has a good reputation for customer service. They'll likely assist you.

Is that to control them. You could unscrew that off and look for another call paella and ask to buy the part
You could try 2 part epoxy glue. If that fails perhaps go liik at other screen closures and adapt a new latch
Rather than messing with it yourself, I'd call Pella or a retailer that deals in Pella.
I have the same problem. I called Pella and they wanted to sell me a new patio door. Then they want to sell me a $1000 replacement DGP for just that door. My DGP is fine, it's that little square box and they won't tell you who manufactured it for them, and the service guys that came to the house cost me $250 just to tell me that I should replace the door. It's a big scam, and their warranty doesn't mean anything because they don't keep the parts they want you to purchase new doors, they are in the door and window business not the pella parts. This was obviously a poorly designed plastic part and so they stopped using it. But someone made that for Pella and they should be willing to share that with their loyal customers rather than make us purchase a new DGP or Door. I am so disappointed. I can go to Lowe's or home depot and buy a new Patio door for $600 of course it won't look as nice as the pella door, but really $1000??? Just sell me the part I need. Or send me the solidworks design so I can create one on my 3D printer. Joke- and greedy. If you find where we can buy that little champagne colored box on the DGP I would purchase 10 of them just to have them, I have 4 panels with that device.
I need the name/location of a Pella blinds repair shop to restring a french door blind. The cord broke again. Last time this happened I sent the blind to a shop back east, but I no longer have their name or number.
Call pella they stand behind their products and should be able to guide you thru this.
I called pella for a 13 year old sliding door that I want to get a different color set of blinds. They quoted me 1500 dollars per door. For a little cellular shade! Guess I’ll never be purchasing anything from Pella again. I can go to Home Depot and get a new door for that.
Contact Pella and ask them for advice!
I had a similar issue with my old Pella sliding glass door a while back. The mechanism for the built-in blinds broke on mine too. What worked for me was to first carefully remove the glass panel to access the blinds. I found that the small plastic parts inside can get brittle over time. I ordered a replacement kit from a local home improvement store and followed a YouTube tutorial. It was surprisingly easy once I had the right parts! Hope this helps, and good luck with your patio sliding glass doors—they're really worth the effort to keep in good shape!
