Here are some ideas for you: http://dishfunctionaldesigns.blogspot.com/2015/04/the-upcycled-chandelier.html
Hello Rita,
You could fit cups and saucers into the lighting points and add plants and hang either inside or outside. Air plants don't need watering and cactus - very little. enjoy!

You could turn into a bird feeder or planters and hang outdoors. My sister added candles to one and used when my niece got married and now has it hanging from a tree in her yard.
I love the way they look hung outside in a garden and instead of bulbs, they have candles placed in the sockets. If you use battery operated pillar candles with timers, they will go on every night at the same time and light up your garden....
Old chandeliers are always in demand before Halloween time when folks are creating spooky porch and yard displays.
you can use it as a bird feeder, an outdoor candle holder and here are more ideas

Can you make it a big candle holder and hang outside ,or put small pots and plant ivy and let it grow on the lite.
There are many projects you can use an old chandelier for, you could add solar lights, tea lights, or candles. Remove the old wiring and replace with one of the above.
I made a bird feeder out of one. Painted it yellow, glued little plastic bowls (from thrift shop) on the "branches" along with a little frog decor. Hung it from a garden shepherd hook. The birds love it.
