How to eliminate sediment in tank?
How to reduce toilet sediment?
Identical toilets were installed at same time but only one gets this sediment. We have our water trucked in and continue to get sediment in only 1 of our 2 toilets so I know it’s not from the water source. I continually clean this 1 toilet tank and bowl but I’m wondering if there is something I can add in the tank to eliminate? Prefer non-chemical but I’m realistic as well this may not be possible.

Have you tried cleaning the inlet? That may be the problem. Here's a link on cleaning it:

Thank you! I’ll check it out. I feel it’s a defect in the toilet since it’s only about a year old. Any ideas of how to prevent if it needs to be cleaned?
Do you have a cistern? If you do, check if one of the pipes inside has rusted. It would have to be replaced to get rid of the problem. Flushing would dislodge flakes of rust each time. Try using a couple of buckets of clean water to flush the sediment away, if you can then it probably comes from the plumbing.
Have you checked for floaties in the tank? You may need to clean it out. Just drain it by turning off your water below the tank on the wall (hopefully u have a quick shut off). Flush the toilet and pour in some white vinegar and scrub it. Flush again and then soak up the water and remove any sediment in the tank. Turn the water back on. Hope it solves your troubles.
I would turn the water off, disconnect the water supply line to the toilet, and turn the water on into a bucket and see if there is any sediment. If not then It's possible it can be a defect in the toilet. If there is sediment then I can be the pipes going to the toilet
