Anyone Know What This Is?
I came across this dashboard piece, and I would like to play around with some steampunk. My problem is that I don't know what this came off of - does anyone recognize it? I'm thinking maybe a boat or a tractor? It has a key, which seems odd for a vintage tractor, and the rpm's seem a bit high for a tractor, but then I'm not an expert on vintage tractors. Anyone have any ideas?

is that not a part of a car dashboard ?
It's a tachometer to measure RPM (revolutions per miute) of an engine's motor. I remember the meter from old car drag racing days.
