I had a really cool item years ago. We used a piece of countertop that was a "second" and added dolly wheels. Then screwed on the two posts and strung pipe between them. I think galvanized pipe would be a better solution than what I had. You can find it in the plumbing section of hardware stores. You should be able to do this project with a drill, not a complicated build.
