WD-40 to the rescue, it loosens the bond created between the glue and the laminate. Just apply and wait a bit, about 10 minutes, and try to remove with a soft rag, you don't want to scratch your laminate. Repeat if necessary.
I would try olive oil. That's my go to for sticky stuff...or believe it or not peanut butter. Works like a charm.
Goo-Gone will work on that too and get it off.

Another vote for cooking oil first and then goo gone if that doesn’t work.
Scrape with a plastic scraper.
I might try leaving some warm water and using a plastic putty knife to scrape it off first then I would try Goo Gone or related. Test any chemicals in an unseen spot before using.
