Isn’t this just precious? Looking forward to your responses! Here is the under side of the hat.
What can I make from this adorable beaded lamp shade?
I purchased this sweet beaded lamp shade quite some time ago. I keep being amazed at the stuff I’m finding that I have forgotten I have while unpacking boxes in my sewing room. 😳 I have tried, without success, to find a lamp that it would fit on. I would appreciate your input with ideas. I’m leaning toward a mobile for a little girl’s crib, or making a hat stand, of sort, and use it as decor. Thanks in advance for your suggestions.
The diameter is 6-1/4 inches and the hat is 4-1/2 inches high.

I mobile is a wonderful idea! If it wouldn't damage it you could consider flipping it upside down and setting a pretty flower pot in it.

You could turn it into a pendant light fixture or turn it upside down and use it as a plant pot cover.
Depending on what the style of frame is inside the lampshade, you may be able to purchase a simple adapter so that it fits on to an existing lamp.
Might you be able to post a picture of the inside of the shade so that we can see what you have to work with?
You didn't give the dimensions of the shade, but I am wondering if it might be the right height to 'hide' a tissue box inside, then use the hole at the top as a dispenser.
