I put tile on my bathroom wall and it's falling off. Now I have panel glue on the wall. How do I get the glue off? Or I need ideas on what to cover it with. My bathroom is tiny. I have it around tub, toilet. Help!

you should use tile mortar - the glue won't stick because the tile is too heavy here are some ideas for you

If you're going to be covering it anyway just do your best to rip it off. After that do a light skim coat over the sheet rock to even out any damage caused. Then you can cover it again with any tile of your choice. Because you're going on to a sheet rock wall and not a floor etc. I would suggest looking into the peal and stick tile options out there and use a good vinyl glue to stick them down with too.
Chisel it off with a small chisel and hammer. Tap slowly but you will most likely have quite a bit of mud work to do once this is completed.
Glue is tough on the wall. You may be able to scrape it off, but you may have marks in the wall that you'll have to repair. The best solution is probably to resheetrock (or use a waterproof cement board around the tub) and then tile. However I have seen people use bead board panels around the tub and it's very charming. It's also very easy to put up and much more forgiving on bumpy walls than tile.
Does it come off if you sand it?? Or can you get a better adhesive for the tiles so they stay on and you can just put them back over the glue?
I hope you didn't use panel glue to glue the tiles. All you can do is use a drywall knife and scrape it off. You may damage the drywall some that can be patched, sanded, and primed. Then use tile mastic to glue the tiles. Thinset won't work on drywall.
For installation......Tiles would be the best solution. You would need to use tile mastic over drywall. They would need to be grouted with non sanded grout. Peel and stick tiles would not work around the tub or a shower. They are not waterproof. Bath panels are simple to put up. The come in 4' x 8' sheets. Porcelain finish over hardboard. They look like tiles. Plastic inside corners, outside corners, and "H" channels for seams where two butt up to each other. Panel adhesive to glue them to the wall. They can be easily cut to size.
