How about building the wall with concrete blocks. Then parge the blocks with concrete. Cheaper than pouring concrete walls and less work.

You need to frame the whole room on the floor first baseboards lay them flat then do ceilings the same use a screw gun if the floor is going in cement then use concreat screws after that’s done put 2 by 4 s every 12 inches all around boxing in around the outlets to hold outlet boxes after all studded output up sheet rock
