Depending on the degree of dirt, you can "blow" it off with a hair dryer or leaf blower. If it's beyond that spray with an outdoor cleaner and then wash off with a garden hose. I would stay away from a pressure washer because it can do more damage than good.
If it’s old school wicker, it will not tolerate a lot of moisture, like the plastic wicker does.
I would start off “mild and dry” and get more aggressive, only if it’s not coming clean.
