I have something like this myself and it is made from Chalk and was painted in the 60's.
If it's an actual Cooper lamp, it could be worth some money. I would take it to an antique expert for appraisal.
look for a name or marks of the artist on the lamp or under the lamp I would go to an antique shop to see what they could tell you about it
I would bring it to a dealer for an appraisal. You could also check out 1st dibs online.
