They're both water-based so you could.
I agree, but I've never seen it done. You may want to test it first.
You can mix them, the bottom line is they are both water based and should be compatible, mix well and make sure you have enough for your project, I would test out your blend in an inconspicuous area.
It should work but I'm unsure what type of texture and consistency you will end up with.

Hi Jodi, you can mix them on surfaces, but be sure to apply the milk paint first, the chalk paint layered over will prevent chipping and cracking.
Hello. I would suggest to call your paint manufacture and ask them directly. By combining them you’re going to lose the property is unique to each paint.
Hi! The trouble with mixing these two paints is they are very different when applied and it will change the appearance. Why not mix a tiny amount and try it on a scrap piece of wood? Good luck?
