Flower Pot Wreath (Dollar Tree Craft)
How to make a flower pot wreath for spring or summer. This uses Dollar Tree supplies on a grapevine wreath, so it's an inexpensive craft to make for your door or front porch.
I like this wreath for both spring and summer. It's easy to make too! I used mostly supplies from Dollar Tree, but I did use a bird from my stash. I also got the grapevine wreath from the craft store because Dollar Tree doesn't carry them.
To make this flower pot wreath, you will need:
- 18 inch grapevine wreath
- 10 flower pots (mine were 2.5 inches high)
- Fake succulents
- Reindeer moss and regular moss
- Fake bird
- Glue gun
Start by laying the flower pots on your wreath form to see how you like them. I used 10.
Then use hot glue to attach the flower pots to the wreath.
Then add moss to the flower pots. I put it inside some and spilling out of others. Be random and do this how you like. Be careful using hot glue on the moss because you can burn your fingers. I use a pencil to push the moss down into the glue.
Add your succulents. Add moss around them.
I let the moss spill out of the pots with the succulents.
Then I added a little bit just because he's cute.
And now your spring or summer wreath is ready to display!
