Hi Karen I mix up half water and half liquid castile soap in all of our foaming soap dispensers at home. Because castile soaps (I prefer Dr. Bonners) are made with plant oils its extremely moisturizing compared to other soap types but still does just as good a job in cleaning.

Okeefe's Working Hands is probably the best for dry & cracked hands.
It so true. My experience in nursing I found the working hands in the tube or green screw top container very helpful. You might try a coconut oil concoction for a diy.
