Colorful, Festive & Frug-Elegant! These Tissue Paper Party Flowers (Poms) are so easy to make! An elegant look to your decorations but they cost so little.
All supplies from the local discount dollar store: Tissue Paper, Pipe Cleaners & Rubber Bands. Decorations just can't get any less costly and look so great.
The colors are fabulous! Nothing says frugal, everything says elegant!

Hang them from umbrellas, walls, group together on table tops, endless ways to use them. This pic is a sample that we attached to an outdoor notice candle stake. Really dressed it up!
