My 20' plus leylands turning brown from top and have a silvery powdery cast over the branches. Anybody, plan of attack?

large screening hedge of 14 trees planted in a staggered pattern by a professional landscaper in 2005. browning started a month or so ago and is rapidly increasing in random areas as well as two tree tops. have been diligent in watering and the trees have been healthy until recently.

Douglas Hunt on Sep 08, 2012A powdery cast sounds fungal, but it's very hard to say without seeing a photo. If I had something like that affecting all my trees, however, I would certainly want to have a good tree person come and take a look at them.
