My 20' plus leylands turning brown from top and have a silvery powdery cast over the branches. Anybody, plan of attack?

large screening hedge of 14 trees planted in a staggered pattern by a professional landscaper in 2005. browning started a month or so ago and is rapidly increasing in random areas as well as two tree tops. have been diligent in watering and the trees have been healthy until recently.

A powdery cast sounds fungal, but it's very hard to say without seeing a photo. If I had something like that affecting all my trees, however, I would certainly want to have a good tree person come and take a look at them.
