If you mean the hole in the house wall, exterior wood filler or glue may help. If you mean the shutter hole being enlarged, just use an exterior washer and paint it to match the shutter.If they are the plastic screws see video.Helpful Reply -

Be sure to mark the shutters so you can replace them in the same spot they came out of! You can probably use the same holes. Put some glue or wood filler in the holes if they are too large.Helpful Reply -

Hi Bill, I would not use the same nails. But screws are different. If they come out rather loose, then it's probably time to replace. But. if the screws come out by needing some force, you could probably reuse them. If the holes are enlarged, then use bigger screws.Helpful Reply -

If worried about screw holes, use a toothpick and carpenters glue to tighten it up when replacing.Helpful Reply -

You should be able to use the same screws in the same holes. If they are a bti loose, try filling the hole with a bit of glue or caulk before putting the screw in. When it dries, it will help hold the screws in place.Helpful Reply -
