Carole on Jan 09, 2015I bought a spice rack that you screw onto the inside of your pantry door. For anything in sachets that might fall through the rack, I put these into a Tupperware container. I organise mine alphabetically and can see at a glance what I have when I open the pantry door. The rack was about $2 in Target!Helpful Reply

Shell on Jan 10, 2015I'm thinking that you want to keep your spices on the lazy susan, right? Like @Carole, my first suggestion is to get things in alphabetical order; generally those lazy susan trays are pretty wide - why not do an inner circle of the taller containers (alphabetical) and then arrange the smaller ones around the outer circle (alphabetical)? Hope that helps.Helpful Reply

Peggy on Jan 10, 2015I am a everyday cook and have a rotating spice tower and keep the refill bottles in a box in a cabinet . This way I save counter space and have everything handy. I refill the tower once a month. The box I keep in the cabinet I label the tops of the bottles and boxes . I also fill the box by size larger containers in the back smallest in front.Helpful Reply

Mary Bennett on Jan 10, 2015I too use a lazy susan only mine is a double stacked one, & had the same problem. We finally put it out on a shelf in the kitchen where it was more accessible. I keep my spices more in the order I use the most. All I use for sauce making are in the middle since I only make sauce once every 6 weeks or so. The rest I keep the labels facing the outside so I can see what is what, & grab as I need them. It's very hard to do when in a cupboard . Did that for years, & was a real pain. Much easier on a shelf in the open. After awhile I have about memorized where each is..Good luck!Helpful Reply

Liliana Wells on Jan 10, 2015I have mine in a ladder-type organizer in the first shelf of a cabinet next to the stove, where the most used are on the first rung and so on. You could device something like this in your lazy Susan. Something like this http://www.amazon.com/Neat-Things-Expand-A-Shelf-Plastic-White/dp/B0000YB8FM/ref=sr_1_42?s=home-garden&ie=UTF8&qid=1420901054&sr=1-42&keywords=spice+bottle+organizer. I also like the idea of alphabetically arranging the bottles.Helpful Reply
