Evelyn: Install a nice looking curtain rod (NOT a tension rod -- they will not hold the weight of pots.) Use s-shaped pot hooks to hang the pans. Here's a page of those hooks: https://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=pot+hooks
Tension rods from top to bottom will hold cookie sheet and baking pans well. Put in three if two won't hold. (front, middle and back)
You can use tension rods across the cupboards horizontally from back to front so they form rows then slip pots/pans between the rows so pots/pans stand up right thicker pots just put handle thru to hold up on side scroll thru these to see a few more for kitchen cupboards & elsewhere https://www.onegoodthingbyjillee.com/creative-uses-tension-rods MORE https://www.apartmenttherapy.com/15-renters-uses-for-tension-rods-you-never-thought-of-205929 You can hang them with rods & hooks but regular tension rod won't be strong enuf so use shower rod with bigger s-hooks no need to install curtain rod holders/brackets.
Maybe try this to hang your pans on with S hooks? https://www.hometalk.com/diy/organize/kitchen/easiest-under-the-sink-organizer-hack-18660558
