Hang a heavy fabric or rug on it. Heavy " home dec" or clearance remnants can be found in any fabric store. I hung a jute rug then a picture on top of it by nailing a 1x2 to the wall and the rug to that. It hangs straight because of the weight (I stapled it to the wood) and gives texture And warmth to the room. Good luck!

Build an interior frame and then board it and then you can paint or wall paper. Your options are unlimited

Paint any design. I also like Home Depot dye for concrete. Use chalk and draw a design, wood (I like the blue aged look) tiles, trees without leaves is a good look and simple. Just paint your chalk outline. Have fun with it.

Vinyl wall paper that you can find in a variety of colors and textures, like fabric. Home Depot, Wayfair, lots of places carry it. I'm sure a local wallpaper store could help.

find a picture or design you like, rent, borrow or buy a projector to enlarge on wall. Outline and paint it to create a mural, of hire it done.
