Yes! I have had several done throughout the years. If properly cared for can last another 25-50 years or more. -

Yes, but have yet to see a job that holds up for more than a few years. And they are tough to clean very well. I've been a pro house cleaner for 14 years and have yet to see one I'd give a dime for
