Do they make bathroom chandeliers with the exhaust fan?

I'm redoing by bathroom and love the idea of putting a chandelier up. However, our overhead light also doubles as the exhaust fan. I've seen the ceiling flush lights that are more decorative but does anyone know if they make a chandelier/exhaust fan?
