How to make an industrial light cover for bathroom light/fan combo?
Does anyone have an idea on how to upgrade my ugly plastic bathroom light/fan combo. I would like to go with an industrial look. My bathroom is decorated in black, white & gray.

What about covering with a metal art piece that you attach with some sort of stand offs so the fan still can do it's job. Even a wood box with a decorative mesh front painted black would be nice.

I've repainted mine and it looks great. The outer plastic piece comes off easily after the light cover is removed. I used this spray paint: https://amzn.to/2HEm2qx
If you can remove the grill you could spray paint it with a hammered metal type finish. If you can't remove it, you may be able to lower it enough to paint it with a cosmetic sponge. If that doesn't work, perhaps you could build a "cage" over it with some lightweight wood, paint it silver or black, attach it with Command Strips. I find the square wooden plant stakes to be very easy to work with, they are usually cedar which is lightweight.
Take the cover off the light, spray paint fixture color of choice. Let dry and reinstall.
Rustoleum 2X spray paint for metal. All kinds of colors.
if you are looking for some home gadgets you can also get some idea on google or you can also check amazon home gadgets where you can find many different ideas related to home gadgets
Rustoleum spray paint in color of your choice. They carry many industrial colors and will not rust in the bathroom. Also no sealant necessary. Tape off the light part and spray light coats. Follow the directions on the can because some Rustoleum can be second coated in 30 minutes but others you must wait overnight.
I would spray paint with one of Rustoleum's metal spray paint colors.
