How do I replace an under mount sink?

Our under mount bathroom sink cracked badly (our fault) and we are replacing it with the exact same sink. Quartz countertop. What is the best way to do this? (The cabinet beneath it does not have a center post so access is not as big a problem.)

Getting the old one out may be a bit tricky if you can't remove the countertop. I would support the sink so that it would not come crashing down, remove mounting bolts or screws, and take a thin putty knife and slowly cut the old adhesive from between the sink and top. Clean with a razor scraper and then install like the Youtube guy shows only upside down

Thank you so much. This seems like the best solution I've heard. Looks like we've got a big weekend project planned now.
