I have painted stippale walls in my bathroom any quick fix?

Purchase some pre-made dry compound otherwise known as "MUD" roll it on, you can use the dollar store rollers so that you can just throw away. Then prime the walls. That is necessary because the walls will not turn out even if you do not prime. Use a good primer like BIN or Kilz stain blocking. Then paint as normal.
