How do I redo my shower walls without removing them?
I want to know if my existing cultured marble bath panels can be waterproofed so that I can recover it with wall (shower) panels?

Your cultured marble panels are already waterproof. Just any seams and corners need to be caulked, You can glue the shower panels directly over the marble panels, Obviously your tired of the fake marble.
Locktite Powergrab would be a good glue.
