You cannot. If the adhesive adhered well it will remove some of the plaster when you remove it. Pry the tile board off and skim coat the wall with joint compound. Takes some work and your skills will improve as you do the job. I have done similar projects many times and patience is your best tool.

You can use a hair dryer to soften it then gently scrape it off. Also, sometimes mineral spirits works. Learn more here. Wishing you the best.
