There are so many different options available. Check out Pinterest for ideas. Depending on your desired look, skills and tools available the options are endless. You could even use mirror tiles or paint a design on the wall behind the bed to act as headboard if you are leary of using power tools. With minimal skills needed you could make a wood frame (the size of the headboard you need) and cover it with fabric or a fabric shower curtain if you want to go really big. Good luck!

Hello there,
You can make a headboard by simply adding a wallpaper border in the shape you want on the wall behind the bed. Lay a door on its side at the back of the bed.
Buy one from a Thrift shop and use as is or alter to taste, or Make from scratch.
I created a headboard from old wood shutters. Here is a link to my post if you want to check it out. https://michellejdesigns.com/di-shutter-headboard/
I am not sure what style you want but when my daughter was little we created a headboard out of pvc fence posts. I used double sided tape to attach them to the wall and then placed her bed up against the fence post.
