Just put blocks of wood (of course they are all uniform in height) under the legs of the bed. Did that years ago and it works well. Just hallowed out a spot where the legs fit so they don't slid around.Helpful Reply -

You can purchase them at places like Bed, Bath and Beyond. They may have more than one height available. Otherwise, use 4x4 wood in the height you want and make an indentation in the top for the posts to nestle in so that they won't slip off the blocks. Make sure the indentations are at the height you want to raise your bed. If you make the indentation an inch deep on each, make sure the cut is made an inch taller than the amount you want to raise the bed. Finish the wood in the manner you want, be it stain or paint, to match the bed frame. Just remember that they will show unless you cover the extra space.Helpful Reply -
