Are you trying to make it the width of the whole door or just the side that opens? I can see it being attached with hinges on the right side and just having it swing wide enough so that when it's fully open it would be up against the wall, but how to latch it closed... maybe you can put casters on the wood frame so it slides in the track. I know you can buy the little casters, but do you have room in the existing track for a screen? What about if you used a screen without a frame and mounted it to the top above the track but had Velcro or magnets so it would have a way to attach on the sides? You can buy magnetic screen for the front door like this, maybe you can diy one to fit your door or maybe the ones that are available for purchase would fit?Helpful Reply -
