Hi Janice,
I have one of those in my kitchen which was last remodeled in the late 1970's or early 1980's. I remember that it was something I asked for in this custom kitchen. I also had a bread drawer that was basically a deep drawer lined with a tin "box" that had a slide back cover. I felt like I was in Heaven. LOL There are a lot of articles and videos online about how to create a pullout breadboard. Rather than choose just one, I'm sending you the entire list. Take your time. Read the articles and watch the videos. I'm sure they are all pretty much the same however each author will have his/her own "take" and emphasize what they think is most important so you'll learn a lot about how to do it. Wishing you the best!

My mom had the pullout in her kitchen and also the breadbox, too. She doesn't have one in the place she is in now, so she just puts a cutting board over a pulled out drawer. She says it works just about as well as her pullout one did.
