How do I build and install an arch over a tub?

I want to put an arch over my tub shower combo. I would like to hide the shower rod behind the arch. The arch would just fasten to the ceiling and the walls. There is not a header there since it isn't a doorway.

Even the 90 degree angle irons will hold up the arch without a problem, just keep them inside the arch so they don't show from the outside. Make sure you top coat with a marine grade product to make it more waterproof in the high moisture and humidity in the bathroom.
